Driving Directions to the Trinity River Rafting Office along the Trinity River in Big Flat, California.

Hwy 299 from the East: Trinity River Rafting is the last business in Big Flat on the right side of the highway. We are located on Hwy 299. Big Flat is a town with a short strip of businesses and homes right along the Highway. It is not on all maps, because there is no post office.
Hwy 299 from the West: Trinity River Rafting is the first business in Big Flat on the left side of the highway. We are located on Hwy 299. Big Flat is a town with a short strip of businesses and homes right along the Highway. It is not on all maps, because there is no post office.
I-5 from the South: Continue north on I-5 until you reach Redding, CA. Take the Central Redding/Weaverville/Hwy 299W exit. Follow the highway through Redding--there is a short jog in the downtown area--and continue west. See directions for Hwy 299 from the East (above).
I-5 from the North via Redding: Continue south on I-5 until you reach Redding. Merge onto CA-273 S via exit number 681B toward MARKET ST. Go 3.5 miles, and turn right onto CA-299/EUREKA WAY. See directions for Hwy 299 from the East (above).
I-5 from Oregon: It is quicker to take Hwy 3 at Yreka than to go south on I-5 and through Redding. Take the Hwy 3 exit on I-5 in Yreka, and continue west and south to Weaverville. At Weaverville, turn right (west) on Hwy 299. See directions for Hwy 299 from the East (above).
Coastal Hwy 101 from the North: Continue south on Hwy 101 past Trinidad and McKinleyville, and take the Hwy 299 Exit. See directions for Hwy 299 from the West (above).
Coastal Hwy 101 from the South: Continue north on Hwy 101, eight miles past Eureka. Take the Hwy 299 exit at the north end of Arcata. See directions for Hwy 299 from the West (above).
Bay Area: It is generally quickest to go to I-80, and take the 505 cutoff to I-5,north. See directions for I-5 from the South (above).
